Hillary D. Freeman is deeply committed to her work representing people with disabilities and their families. As the sister of a man with autism, she is able to combine personal experience with her legal training to help families advocate for services and supports. She has experience representing clients in special education and Section 504 issues, higher education issues including accommodations on high stakes testing and graduate school admissions tests, guardianship matters, estate planning and adult services. She was named a Rising Starâ„  by Super Lawyers & Magazine for 2013, 2014 and 2015. She recently has been honored with Robin Sims Trailblazer Award in 2015. She holds a JD from Widener University School of Law and practices in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Barbara J. Boyd is an experienced trial attorney who has dedicated her practice to helping clients navigate their way through the legal system. Prior to joining Freeman Law Offices, LLC, Barbara worked at a medium sized litigation firm representing clients in a wide range of legal matters including contractual disputes, consumer law and employment issues and considers herself a professional problem solver. She also practiced with a small central NJ firm where she tried jury cases. Barbara knows how to effectively and efficiently resolve legal disputes, and she represents clients in arbitration, as well as state and federal courts.

Barbara was an Adjunct Professor at Mercer County Community College for five years where she developed a negotiation strategy component to the Business Law course she taught, and has also served on the Board of Directors of Greenwood House in Ewing, NJ. Barbara brings her wealth of legal experience to provide her clients with top-tier legal advice and a compassionate understanding of families with special needs to help them receive the services and supports to thrive.

Barbara received her B.S., ma gna cum laude from Boston University College of Communication, her J.D. from Temple University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
