Di’Ona brings more than 10 years of experience assisting in guardianship services, along with four years of experience working in special education. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals requiring support, advocacy, and compassionate care. In her previous role with the Office of the Public Guardian, she supported multiple attorneys in fulfilling their legal responsibilities while building strong professional relationships with county surrogates, judges’ chambers, and attorneys throughout New Jersey.
As the oldest of four children, Di’Ona developed a passion for serving others at an early age. Her personal experience growing up with a brother on the autism spectrum further strengthened her commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex life circumstances with compassion, patience, and understanding.
Di’Ona’s exceptional organizational skills, combined with her warm, energetic, and caring personality, enable her to provide efficient, attentive, and client-focused service. Drawing on her experience in both guardianship and special education, she is dedicated to supporting families with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives.
